Nothing. The Player Voice is completely free for every tennis player. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden tiers.

Click the sign-up button, enter your email, and confirm your address. That's it. Your first survey invitation arrives before the next research wave.

Twice a year. Once in August for our annual research wave, and once in February for our mid-season pulse. Each survey takes 10 to 12 minutes. Participation is always optional — your membership is never affected if you skip a wave.

The first 500 players to join receive permanent Founding Member status — recognized in every report and publication we produce. Once 500 members are reached, the designation closes permanently.

Your responses combine with those of hundreds of other players and become benchmarked national research. We take those findings directly into meetings with club owners, directors, and brand decision-makers — and we don't just drop a report. We advise them on what to do about what the data reveals. One player's opinion is easy to set aside. A hundred players independently saying the same thing, delivered by an advisor in the room, is not.

Founding Members receive a curated findings report after each research wave — a summary of what the collective research revealed and what impact it's having across the industry. You'll see what your voice produced before anything is released publicly.

Your personal information is stored securely and never sold. All survey responses are aggregated and anonymized before any reporting. No individual player is ever identified in our research.

Never. Your email address belongs to you. We will not share, sell, or rent it to clubs, brands, or any third party. Ever.

Yes, anytime. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you're a Founding Member and you choose to leave, your status cannot be reclaimed — but that's your choice to make, no questions asked.

Yes, deliberately. The Player Voice is not affiliated with any club, federation, brand, or governing body. Our only obligation is to the accuracy of what players actually think. That independence is what makes the research credible.
