  • Nothing. The Player Voice is completely free for every tennis player. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden tiers.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Your personal information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All research findings are presented as anonymous group insights only — nothing you share is ever attributed to you individually. We comply with all applicable privacy regulations.

  • Never. Your email address and personal details belong to you. We will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with anyone, including clubs, brands, or organizations. The only emails you receive from us are the ones you signed up for.

  • Like you, our inbox gets full fast. We don’t want to clog yours with junk. Our standard outreach will be monthly, but only when we have something valuable to share. We will never send you emails just to fill a calendar. If a month goes by without meaningful new research or insights, you simply won't hear from us. We may send non-standard communication from time to time, but we promise to keep it to a minimum.

  • Twice a year, once in August for our annual research wave and once in February for our mid-season pulse. Participation is always optional. You decide whether to respond, and your membership is never affected if you don't. (but we hope you will)

  • Our current research focus is on the U.S. tennis market but if all goes well we should be expanding shortly.

  • The first 500 players to join The Player Voice will be permanently designated as Founding Members. Founding Members receive exclusive early access to all research findings before they are published publicly, priority invitations to member events, and recognition in our annual report. Once 500 members are reached the Founding Member designation closes permanently.

  • Your survey responses, combined with those of all members, are analyzed and packaged into research reports that go directly to clubs, brands, pros, and associations. When enough players say the same thing, the data becomes impossible to ignore. We present findings in meetings, reports, and briefings to decision makers across the tennis industry on an ongoing basis.

  • Yes, anytime. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're done — no questions asked, no forms to fill out.
